The Role
As Registered Domiciliary Care Manager, you will:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the domiciliary care service
- Manage and develop the current 100 care hours per week
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, safeguarding, and quality frameworks
- Recruit, lead, and develop the care team
- Build strong relationships with service users, families, and external professionals
- Support the continued growth and stability of the service
- Ensure high standards of person-centred care are consistently delivered
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience within domiciliary care management or a senior leadership role
- Strong understanding of compliance, safeguarding, and regulatory requirements
- Experience managing community-based care services
- Full UK driving licence
- Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills
- A passion for delivering high-quality care for elderly service users
