We are recruiting for an experienced Registered Domiciliary Care Manager to lead a growing home care service based in Roxburgh. The service currently provides around 100 care hours per week, primarily supporting elderly service users within the community.

This role offers an excellent opportunity for a manager who enjoys developing services, supporting teams, and maintaining strong care standards as the branch continues to grow.

The Role

As Registered Domiciliary Care Manager, you will:
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the domiciliary care service
  • Manage and develop the current 100 care hours per week
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, safeguarding, and quality frameworks
  • Recruit, lead, and develop the care team
  • Build strong relationships with service users, families, and external professionals
  • Support the continued growth and stability of the service
  • Ensure high standards of person-centred care are consistently delivered

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • Previous experience within domiciliary care management or a senior leadership role
  • Strong understanding of compliance, safeguarding, and regulatory requirements
  • Experience managing community-based care services
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills
  • A passion for delivering high-quality care for elderly service users
