An established and highly respected care provider with over 40 years in the industry is looking for an experienced Operations & Compliance Manager to join their senior leadership team. This is a newly created role sitting above the registered managers across their homecare and home service divisions, working closely with the directors to drive quality, compliance and operational excellence.

The Role
- Oversee operations and compliance across multiple homecare and home service locations
- Sit above registered managers, providing leadership, support and accountability
- Lead on CQC compliance, ensuring the business is consistently inspection-ready
- Carry out and manage internal audits across the services
- Work closely with directors to identify and address areas of improvement
- Support the development and performance of the management team
- Flexible working across Bromley, Reigate and from home
- Significant experience in a senior operations or compliance role within social care
- Strong, demonstrable knowledge of CQC standards and regulations
- Proven experience carrying out internal audits
- Experience managing or overseeing multiple services
- NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent) desirable
- A confident, driven and solutions-focused approach
- Full UK driving licence essential
- Established care provider with over 40 years of history
