The Role
- Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care to residents
- Administer medication and maintain accurate clinical records
- Support and lead care staff on shift
- Ensure person-centred care and uphold clinical standards
- Maintain compliance with CIW regulations
- Valid NMC PIN (RGN)
- Care home experience essential
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Professional, compassionate and reliable approach
