The service currently delivers around 800 care hours per week, supporting primarily elderly service users across both domiciliary care and supported living provisions.

The Role
As Registered Domiciliary & Supported Living Manager, you will:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations across domiciliary care and supported living services
- Manage and maintain approximately 800 care hours per week
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, safeguarding, and quality frameworks
- Lead, supervise, and develop the office and care teams
- Maintain strong relationships with service users, families, and professionals
- Support service development and sustainable growth
- Ensure high standards of person-centred care are consistently delivered
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience as a Registered Manager within domiciliary or community care
- Strong understanding of compliance, safeguarding, and regulatory frameworks
- Experience managing care hours and leading community-based teams
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or working towards)
- Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills
- A proactive approach to maintaining quality and growing services
