We are recruiting for an experienced and driven Registered Manager to oversee a growing Domiciliary & Supported Living service based in Chester. The service is currently delivering 500 domiciliary hours and 1000 supported living hours per week, with a newly secured tender creating exciting opportunities for further growth.

The Role
As Registered Manager, you will:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations across domiciliary care and supported living services
- Manage and develop services delivering 1500 care hours per week
- Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations, safeguarding, and quality standards
- Lead, recruit, and develop both care and office teams
- Drive the growth of the supported living provision following a newly secured tender
- Build strong relationships with service users, families, and local authorities
- Monitor performance, quality assurance, and operational efficiency
- Ensure high standards of person-centred care are consistently delivered
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience as a Registered Manager within domiciliary or supported living services
- Strong understanding of CQC regulations and compliance frameworks
- Experience managing large care hours and developing services
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or working towards)
- Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
- A proactive and growth-focused approach
