We are seeking a dedicated Registered Manager to lead a 38-bed residential care home supporting elderly residents and individuals living with dementia. You will be responsible for ensuring the home delivers safe, compassionate, person-centred care while maintaining strong regulatory compliance and strong team leadership.

About the Role • Lead the day-to-day management of the care home
• Ensure the service remains fully compliant with CQC regulations
• Recruit, develop, and support the care and leadership team
• Maintain high standards of safeguarding and quality care delivery
• Build strong relationships with residents, families, and healthcare professionals
• Oversee staff training, rotas, and operational performance
• Drive continuous improvement across quality, compliance, and service delivery

Requirements • Previous Registered Manager or Deputy Manager experience within a residential care home
• Experience supporting elderly residents and dementia care
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and quality standards
Level 5 in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or working towards)
• Confident leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff
• Passion for high-quality, person-centred care
