- Manage care delivery for 45 clients, growing to 70
- Lead and support care coordinators and care staff
- Oversee rotas, performance, and service quality
- Manage a mixed workforce of employed and self-employed carers
- Report to board and support business growth
- Experience managing a domiciliary care service
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Proven ability to grow care packages
- Must live within 1 hour of Leyburn
