We are recruiting for an experienced and driven Registered Domiciliary Care Manager to lead a well-established and growing home care service in Chichester.
The service is currently delivering around 400 hours of care per week and supports individuals with elderly care needs, learning disabilities, and mental health conditions.

The Role
As Registered Domiciliary Care Manager, you will:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the domiciliary care service
- Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations, safeguarding, and care standards
- Lead and develop the office and care teams
- Manage and grow the current 400 hours of care provision
- Build strong relationships with service users, families, and external professionals
- Drive business development and sustainable service growth
- Maintain high standards of person-centred care and operational performance
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience as a Registered Manager within domiciliary care
- Strong knowledge of CQC regulations, safeguarding, and compliance
- Experience managing care packages and growing care hours
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or working towards)
- Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
- A proactive and growth-focused approach to service development
