The Role
As Registered Domiciliary Care Manager, you will:
- Oversee the day-to-day running of the domiciliary care service
- Manage and develop a private-hours care package base
- Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations, safeguarding, and quality standards
- Lead on service growth, increasing hours and expanding the client base
- Recruit, train, and develop care and office staff
- Manage care planning, rotas, and service delivery
- Build strong relationships with service users and their families
- Drive continuous improvement and maintain high-quality care standards
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience as a Registered Manager within domiciliary care
- Strong knowledge of CQC compliance and regulatory frameworks
- Experience in growing a service and increasing care hours
- A proactive, driven, and hands-on leadership style
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or working towards)
- Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills
