✅ Must Have:
- 🎓 Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (essential)
- 👥 Previous supervisory experience (desirable)
- 🧒 Minimum 2 years' experience in children's residential care
- 💻 IT literate & able to write professional reports
- Support the Registered Manager in the day-to-day running of the home
- Supervise and develop the care team
- Promote the welfare, safety and voice of young people
- Lead by example on shift, maintaining therapeutic and trauma-informed practices
- Liaise with professionals, families, and education providers
- Participate in the on-call rota (2x/month)
- Oversee rotas, risk assessments, reports, and incident logs
- Support reflective practice and team development with the lead therapist
