🛠️ Your Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring high-quality, regulated care
• Drive business growth through community engagement and local networking
• Maintain CQC compliance and deliver exceptional client outcomes
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of coordinators and care professionals
• Implement effective recruitment, training, and retention strategies
• Collaborate closely with senior leaders to deliver on strategic goals

🎯 What We’re Looking For:

• Background as a Registered or Branch Manager in domiciliary or home care
• Solid working knowledge of CQC frameworks and governance
• Experience delivering care to private-paying clients preferred
• Confident people manager with a proactive and professional approach
• Level 5 Leadership & Management in Health & Social Care (or willing to work towards)
• Driving licence and access to a vehicle essential
