š¼ The Role:
This is a sole-charge position, but youāll never feel aloneāwith experienced RVNs on hand and a friendly, established weekend protocol in place, youāll have the support you need to work confidently and autonomously.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Clinical consultations & thorough patient examinations
- Routine and emergency surgeries (as needed)
- Medical case management to high clinical standards
- Clear and compassionate communication with clients
- Accurate and complete clinical record keeping
- Staying up to date with current best practices and CPD
- š· Up to Ā£60,000 FTE (pro-rata) depending on experience

ā What We're Looking For:
- MRCVS status & eligibility to work in the UK
- Minimum 1Ā year experience in UK small animal practice
- Strong diagnostic and surgical skills
- Comfortable with sole charge work on weekends
- Great communication and client care skills
- Passion for delivering gold-standard care to both patients and their humans
