We are working on behalf of a highly reputable provider of childrenās residential services to recruit a Registered Manager for one of their established homes in the West Midlands. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced care professional to lead a high-quality service supporting children with EBD and complex needs.
The successful candidate will receive a competitive base salary of £45,000, with additional performance-based bonuses, including incentives for home turnaround, occupancy levels, and travel/mileage where required.

- Lead, support and develop the residential care team to deliver therapeutic, child-centred care
- Ensure compliance with safeguarding, health & safety, and all regulatory requirements
- Develop positive relationships with young people, families, and external professionals
- Oversee staffing, budgets, referrals, and placement matching
- Must have experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager in a childrenās residential setting
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or working towards)
- Excellent knowledge of the Childrenās Homes Regulations and Quality Standards
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Passionate about making a difference in the lives of vulnerable young people
- Confident working with EBD and behaviours that challenge
