Registered Manager – Supported Living (Mental Health & Learning Disabilities)
Location: Birmingham
Salary: £32,000-38,000
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
We’re seeking a passionate and experienced Registered Manager to lead a supported living service for adults with mental health needs and learning disabilities in Birmingham. This is an exciting opportunity to drive quality care in a person-led, community-based environment.
The service currently supports individuals across multiple homes, providing tailored support that promotes independence, empowerment, and positive outcomes. As Registered Manager, you’ll play a central role in service delivery, compliance, staff development, and partnership building with external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead day-to-day operations of multiple supported living schemes
- Oversee personalised support for adults with mental health challenges and learning difficulties
- Maintain full compliance with CQC and safeguarding protocols
- Manage staffing, recruitment, and professional development
- Drive continuous improvement and ensure positive service-user outcomes
- Experience managing supported living or similar services
- Strong background in mental health, LD, or complex needs support
- Level 5 in Leadership & Management in Health & Social Care (or working towards)
- Excellent knowledge of CQC standards and personalised care models
