Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the home meets and exceeds Ofsted standards and Children's Homes Regulations
- Build and lead a resilient, motivated care team
- Deliver high-quality, individualised care and support positive outcomes
- Manage day-to-day operations, safeguarding, compliance, and care planning
- Support referrals and admissions processes to ensure effective placements
- Develop strong relationships with external professionals and families
- Experience as a Registered or Deputy Manager in an EBD childrenās residential setting
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or working towards)
- Solid knowledge of safeguarding, trauma-informed care, and behaviour management
- Proven leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
- Passion for supporting vulnerable children to thrive and succeed
- Base salary of £45,000 per annum
- Mileage allowance for work-related travel
