About the Role
We are excited to be working with an incredible Children’s Home who are offering the opportunity for a Registered Manager to join a 25 year established Children's Residential Care provider.
Registered Children’s Home Manager Job Role
  • Work with a family focused company with a friendly and passionate team. We are looking for an individual that is passionate about helping young people and helping them to achieve the best outcomes in life
  • Lead a 4 bed EBD home providing a safe environment for all children
  • Ensure the daily running of the home is up to a high standard
  • Key leadership role within a stable, values-led organisation
  • Supported by senior team
Registered Children’s Home Manager  Requirements
We’re looking for someone who:

  • Significant experience of working in a residential childcare setting, management experience is essential
  • At least 1 years’ experience as a Registered Manager in a Children's Residential Care setting
  • Evidence of Good Outcomes with Ofsted
  • Demonstrable Managerial Skills
  • NVQ 5 in Leadership and Management or be willing to work towards
  • A commitment to delivering high quality care
  • In-depth knowledge of EBD, SEMH and other complex/challenging behaviours
