We are seeking a Registered Manager for a 5-bed EBD (Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties) children's residential home based in Oldham. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing and supportive provider that is committed to delivering high-quality, therapeutic care to young people.
The Role:
As Registered Manager, you will:
- Lead and develop a team to deliver outstanding care for young people
- Ensure full compliance with Ofsted and safeguarding regulations
- Maintain a high standard of care planning and daily living provision
- Take full responsibility for the management and performance of the home
- Build strong relationships with local authorities, social workers, and other professionals
- Work with the senior leadership team to drive continuous improvement
- 5-bed residential home for young people with EBD
- Mixed gender placements
- Well-established and supported by experienced senior leadership
- Fully staffed with a strong care team in place
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Registered Manager in a children's residential setting
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management (Children and Young People’s Services)
- Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations and frameworks
- Track record of achieving or maintaining ‘Good’ or ‘Outstanding’ Ofsted ratings
- Passion for trauma-informed and therapeutic care models
- Competitive salary of £60,000 – £70,000 depending on experience
