Scheduler – Home Care - Chelford 

Location: Chelford
Salary: £28,000 + monthly bonus
Hours: Mon–Fri 9am–5pm + on-call rota
We’re looking for a proactive, organised Scheduler to join our CQC Outstanding-rated home care team in Chelford. You’ll coordinate rotas and client visits, ensuring smooth, efficient service delivery across East Cheshire.

Responsibilities:

• Build and manage efficient rotas for Care Professionals
• Match clients with suitable carers, ensuring continuity and quality
• Handle rota changes, last-minute cover and scheduling issues
• Work with the care management team to support new client packages
• Keep client and staff records up to date on our scheduling system
• Support out-of-hours service as part of an on-call rota

About You:

• Scheduling experience (ideally home care, healthcare or logistics)
• Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office/Google Suite/CRM systems)
• Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills
• Resilient, calm under pressure, with great attention to detail
• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
