Registered Domiciliary Manager – Manchester
Salary: £38,000-45,000
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
We’re recruiting for an experienced and passionate Registered Domiciliary Manager to lead a growing elderly home care service in Manchester. With over 800 care hours per week already in place, this is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a service that makes a genuine impact in the community.
The provider is a start-up with a clear focus on delivering high-quality, person-centered care to older adults living at home. With strong back-office support and ambitious plans for growth, you’ll be given the freedom to shape the service, build your team, and maintain full compliance with CQC standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee operations of an elderly domiciliary care service
- Ensure compassionate, safe, and effective care for older adults
- Maintain CQC compliance and lead safeguarding practices
- Manage staff recruitment, training, rota planning, and supervisions
- Work closely with local authorities, families, and healthcare partners
- Registered Manager or strong Deputy with elderly care experience
- NVQ Level 5 in Leadership & Management (or working towards)
- In-depth knowledge of CQC compliance, dementia care, and person-centered planning
- Passion for supporting older people to live independently at home
