Salary: £60,000 – £66,000

- Oversight of all aspects of the care home
- Staff leadership, development, and retention
- Maintaining clinical excellence and regulatory compliance
- Budget management and occupancy growth
- Driving improvements and innovation in elderly care
- Registered Manager with experience in elderly nursing care
- NMC registration desirable (not essential)
- NVQ Level 5 in Leadership & Management (or equivalent)
- Excellent working knowledge of CQC regulations
- Confident leader, able to balance compassion with performance
