About the Role As our Registered Manager, you will lead and oversee the daily operations of our care service, ensuring the delivery of exceptional, person-centred care to older adults. Youāll be a confident leader, excellent communicator, and experienced professional capable of managing a dynamic team in a regulated environment.

About the Role As our Registered Manager, you will lead and oversee the daily operations of our care service, ensuring the delivery of exceptional, person-centred care to older adults. Youāll be a confident leader, excellent communicator, and experienced professional capable of managing a dynamic team in a regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a team of 15+ care and support staff, providing strong leadership and day-to-day operational oversight.
- Ensure high standards of person-centred care across our 25 + bed domiciliary service.
- Monitor compliance with CQC regulations and internal quality standards.
- Conduct assessments, develop individual care plans, and regularly review support needs with residents and their families.
- Promote a culture of dignity, respect, and empowerment.
- Oversee risk assessments and ensure up-to-date, secure documentation.
- Support staff development through ongoing training and mentoring.
- Act as the main point of contact for residents, families, and professionals.

- Proven experience as a Registered Manager in a care home or domiciliary care setting.
- NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
- Strong background in elderly care (either in the community or residential settings).
- Current or pending CQC registration.
- Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, evolving environment.
- Full, clean UK driving licence (company car available if needed).
- Valid Enhanced DBS on the update service.
- Right to work in the UK (please note: we do not offer sponsorship).
- ā NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care
- ā CQC Registered (or eligible)
- ā Enhanced Adult DBS
- ā Elderly care experience
- ā Full, clean UK driving licence
