About the Role As our Registered Manager, you will lead and oversee the daily operations of our care service, ensuring the delivery of exceptional, person-centred care to older adults. You’ll be a confident leader, excellent communicator, and experienced professional capable of managing a dynamic team in a regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of 15+ care and support staff, providing strong leadership and day-to-day operational oversight.
  • Ensure high standards of person-centred care across our 25 + bed domiciliary service.
  • Monitor compliance with CQC regulations and internal quality standards.
  • Conduct assessments, develop individual care plans, and regularly review support needs with residents and their families.
  • Promote a culture of dignity, respect, and empowerment.
  • Oversee risk assessments and ensure up-to-date, secure documentation.
  • Support staff development through ongoing training and mentoring.
  • Act as the main point of contact for residents, families, and professionals.

What You’ll Bring
  • Proven experience as a Registered Manager in a care home or domiciliary care setting.
  • NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
  • Strong background in elderly care (either in the community or residential settings).
  • Current or pending CQC registration.
  • Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, evolving environment.
  • Full, clean UK driving licence (company car available if needed).
  • Valid Enhanced DBS on the update service.
  • Right to work in the UK (please note: we do not offer sponsorship).
Required Skills & Qualifications
