- Ensure high standards of care and safeguarding for young people
- Take part in audits, supervisions, and quality assurance
- Help manage rotas, referrals, and placement transitions
- Support staff development and uphold a therapeutic approach to care
- Experience in a Senior or Deputy role within a children’s residential setting
- Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (essential)
- Working towards or open to completing the Level 5 Diploma
- Good knowledge of Children’s Homes Regulations and Quality Standards
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Passion for delivering high-quality care and improving young lives
