🔧 Your Role:

• Lead the operational and regulatory performance of the Worthing branch
• Ensure full CQC compliance and deliver exceptional care outcomes
• Support and develop a high-performing care team and office staff
• Drive business growth by building strong local networks and referrals
• Deliver a consistently high standard of service to all private clients
• Oversee recruitment, staff development, and rota management processes

✅ You’ll Need:

• Experience as a Registered Manager, Care Manager, or similar senior role
• Strong understanding of domiciliary care and care compliance
• Ability to lead and motivate multidisciplinary teams
• Proven experience managing or growing private home care services
• Level 5 Health & Social Care qualification or willingness to work towards
• Full driving licence and access to a vehicle
