A high-performing elderly nursing home in London is seeking an experienced Registered Home Manager to lead a dedicated team in delivering compassionate, person-centred care to its elderly residents. The home provides a mix of nursing, dementia, and residential care to a vibrant community of older people. You'll oversee all operations including compliance, staffing, occupancy, and clinical governance.

Your Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the nursing home
- Ensure CQC compliance and continuous quality improvement
- Support a strong team of nurses, carers, and support staff
- Deliver high standards of care across residential, nursing, and dementia units
- Drive occupancy, staff retention, and community engagement
- Experienced Registered Manager (or strong Deputy ready to step up)
- Valid NMC PIN preferred but not essential
- Strong understanding of CQC, safeguarding, and clinical compliance
- NVQ Level 5 in Leadership & Management (or working towards)
- Track record of managing or improving service ratings
