We’re working on behalf of a highly regarded and expanding care provider with a brand-new supported living office opening in Southampton. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced manager to lead a new service backed by the strength and stability of an established organisation.

What we're looking for:

• Experience managing supported living or complex care services
• A confident, values-led leader who thrives on building services from the ground up
• Strong understanding of CQC compliance and safeguarding
• NVQ Level 5 or working towards it
• Ambition to grow and develop within a larger care group
