Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee care planning, assessments, and quality monitoring
- Line manage the care quality team
- Build strong relationships with clients and families
- Support care staff performance, appraisals, and supervisions
- Conduct client reviews and service audits
- Contribute to compliance and regulatory standards
- Participate in on-call rota (paid £350/week)
- Background in domiciliary or community care
- Experience managing care delivery and supervising teams
- Level 5 Health & Social Care (or willing to work towards)
- Strong communication, planning and IT skills
- Driver with access to a vehicle
- Mileage paid at 45p per mile
