We’re delighted to be working with one of the Best Places to Work 2023 & 2024 (as recognised by a major national award body), currently seeking an experienced and ambitious Registered Branch Manager to lead their private client domiciliary care service in Brighton.
This is an exciting opportunity for a confident and commercially aware manager to take the reins of a well-supported service focused exclusively on private clients, with excellent company backing, modern systems, and a strong emphasis on staff wellbeing.

🔑 The Role:

• Lead, develop and grow a high-performing domiciliary care branch
• Maintain full CQC compliance and ensure top-tier care delivery
• Drive branch growth through business development and networking
• Manage and support a team of care coordinators, field staff, and senior carers
• Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and continuity of care
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and team development
• Report directly to senior leadership and contribute to wider business strategy

✅ Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience as a Registered Manager or Branch Manager in domiciliary care
• Strong understanding of CQC requirements and private care sector standards
• Passion for delivering high-quality, personalised care
• Commercially astute with the ability to grow a service sustainably
• Excellent people management, communication and organisational skills
• Level 5 Diploma in Health & Social Care (or working towards)
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
