- Lead and support a team of care professionals to deliver outstanding care
- Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations and care standards
- Complete care assessments, implement care plans, and carry out reviews
- Liaise effectively with families, health professionals, and external partners
- Respond to concerns or complaints professionally and promptly
- Ensure accurate documentation and high-quality service reporting
- Contribute to recruitment, training, and staff development
- Previous experience in a managerial role within domiciliary or residential care
- Excellent knowledge of person-centred care, care planning, and safeguarding
- NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care (or working towards)
- A confident leader who can inspire and motivate a team
- A commitment to quality, compliance, and customer service
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
