Key Responsibilities
- Register with CQC and ensure continuous compliance
- Lead, supervise, and develop support staff
- Maintain person-centred care plans, audits, and quality standards
- Manage rotas, budgets, recruitment, and service delivery
- Liaise with families, professionals, and local authorities
- Level 5 Diploma in Health & Social Care (or working towards it)
- Minimum 2 years as a Registered Manager
- Strong leadership and team-building experience
- Skilled in supporting adults with complex needs
- Thorough knowledge of CQC requirements and outcomes-based support
- Performance-related bonus every 6 months
