Key Responsibilities:
- Managing day-to-day operations of the branch
- Ensuring CQC compliance and quality assurance
- Supporting and mentoring the care team
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients and families
- Supporting service growth through referrals and local networking
- Participating in the on-call rota where required
- Experience in domiciliary care, ideally in a CQC Registered Manager role
- Level 5 in Health & Social Care (or working towards)
- Confident in managing teams, compliance, and service development
- Passion for high-quality, person-centred care
- Ambition to help shape and expand a growing service
