Ofsted Registered Manager – Children’s Residential
📍 Location: Gloucester
💰 Salary: £55,000 + performance-based bonus
🕒 Hours: Full-time, 40 hours/week (Mon–Fri) with on-call duties
We’re looking for an experienced Registered Manager to lead a solo or 2-bed children’s home. You’ll play a key role in ensuring a safe, nurturing, and Ofsted-compliant environment.
