- Proven management experience in domiciliary care or similar setting
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills (e.g. with NHS, local authorities, and private clients)
- A growth mindsetāready to scale services and lead change
- Understanding of CQC standards and commitment to compliance and best practice
- Care Category: Elderly (expanding to Mental Health and Learning Disabilities)
- Client Hours: 1,500+ per week
- Client Base: NHS, Local Authorities, and Private Clients
