- Previous experience as a Registered Manager or Care Manager
- Strong working knowledge of domiciliary care regulations
- Experience managing or expanding a private client base
- Excellent leadership, planning, and communication skills
- Level 5 in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or working towards)
- A full UK driving licence and access to a car
