- Mileage allowance for travel to appointments or multi-site cover
- Performance bonuses based on occupancy levels

- Assist the Registered Manager in leading the daily operations of the home
- Promote a nurturing, trauma-informed environment for young people with EBD
- Provide supervision, mentoring, and support to residential care staff
- Contribute to care planning, risk assessments, and safeguarding
- Support with rotas, incident management, and compliance checks
- Build positive relationships with professionals, families, and the local authority
- Experience working in residential care, ideally with children with EBD
- Supervisory or Senior RSW experience (Deputy experience desirable)
- Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (essential)
- Confident with safeguarding, regulation compliance, and team management
- Passionate, resilient, and child-focused
- Driving licence required for flexibility with travel
