Registered Children’s Home Manager - Blackley, Greater Manchester Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum + Performance Bonus We are looking for a committed and experienced Registered Children’s Home Manager to lead a small residential home in Blackley, supporting children with emotional and behavioural needs. This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of a well-resourced setting and shape a high-quality, child-centred service.Key Responsibilities Oversee the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring compliance with Ofsted regulations and all relevant standards. Provide strong leadership to staff, fostering a positive, supportive, and professional team environment. Ensure children receive consistent, therapeutic care that promotes safety, stability, and long-term development. Work effectively with local authorities, professionals, and families to achieve the best outcomes for every child.Requirements Previous experience in a management or deputy role in a children’s residential setting. Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or working towards). A sound understanding of safeguarding, children’s home legislation, and Ofsted expectations.
