We’re seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Manager to lead a well-regarded residential care home rated ‘Good’ by the CQC. You’ll oversee the daily running of the home, ensure high standards of care, and support and lead the staff team.

Requirements
- NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care (or willing to work towards)
- Minimum 5 years’ care experience, including time as a Manager or Deputy
- Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
