Are you a passionate and experienced Registered Manager looking for your next opportunity?

An established and supportive care provider is seeking a dedicated professional to lead a 3-bed children’s home in Manchester, supporting young people with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) and Emotional & Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) needs.
What You’ll Do

• Provide strong leadership and direction to your team to ensure high standards of care and compliance.
• Oversee the daily running of the home, ensuring it meets all Ofsted regulations and quality standards.
• Create a safe, nurturing and positive environment where children can thrive.
• Develop and implement individual care plans and strategies that promote positive outcomes.
• Work collaboratively with external professionals, families, and local authorities.

What We’re Looking For

• Experienced Registered Manager or Deputy ready to step up.
• Strong knowledge of Ofsted frameworks and children’s residential care regulations.
• Passion for supporting young people with SEMH/EBD needs.
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or working towards).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
