We’re working with a growing provider looking to appoint an experienced Registered Manager for a solo children’s home in Port Sunlight.

This is a fantastic opportunity to take full ownership of a 1-bed service, delivering high-quality, tailored care to a young person with complex needs.

🧩 The Role
Full responsibility for the day-to-day running of a solo children’s home
Lead and develop a small, consistent staff team
Ensure a safe, structured and therapeutic environment
Oversee care planning, risk assessments and placement stability
Maintain full Ofsted compliance and inspection readiness
Work closely with local authorities, families and professionals
Drive positive outcomes for a young person in a 1:1 setting

👤 What We’re Looking For
Experienced Registered Manager (or strong Deputy ready to step up)
Background in EBD / complex needs / solo placements
Good understanding of Ofsted regulations and standards
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (or working towards)
Resilient, hands-on and committed to high-quality care
Full UK driving licence
