Registered Manager – Children’s Home (7-Bed Service)
Total Package: Up to £73,808
Includes 10% annual bonus, on-call and attendance allowances
PLUS a 30% long-term bonus accrued annually
Base Salary: Up to £63,553
Location West Yorkshire
As a Registered Manager, you’ll create a safe, nurturing and stable environment where both young people and staff feel secure, supported and motivated.
Making a real difference The home supports young people with social, emotional and mental health needs, using a truly holistic approach. Every aspect of a child’s development is considered, supported by an integrated clinical team including psychologists, occupational therapists and other specialists.
By working as part of a joined-up service, you’ll help deliver positive, long-term outcomes and give young people the opportunity to thrive.
Get out what you put in You’ll take full ownership of the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring high standards of care, compliance and leadership. Managing Ofsted requirements will be central to your role, enabling young people to regain a sense of childhood and build pathways toward confident, independent adulthood.

- Base salary: £51,331 – £63,553 (DOE)
- Annual bonus: 10% of salary (reviewed annually)
- On-call allowance: £2,500 (approx. 10 weekends per year)
- Attendance allowance: £1,400

What we’re looking for
- Experience managing an Ofsted-rated Good or Outstanding children’s home
- A confident, committed leader with a genuine passion for improving young people’s lives
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England)
- Full UK driving licence held for at least 12 months
