Join a Growing Home Care Service We are recruiting for an ambitious and experienced Domiciliary Care Manager to join a growing home care provider in Nottingham. The service is currently delivering approximately 200 hours of care per week and has exciting plans for continued expansion.

You will be responsible for:
- Managing the daily operations of the domiciliary care service
- Ensuring compliance with CQC regulations and company policies
- Supporting recruitment, supervision, and development of care staff
- Maintaining high-quality, person-centred care delivery
- Building positive relationships with service users, families, and professionals
- Supporting the continued growth of care hours and service development
- Managing rotas, staffing levels, and care quality standards
- Handling incidents, complaints, and safeguarding concerns appropriately
- Previous experience within domiciliary/home care management
- Strong understanding of CQC standards and compliance
- NVQ/QCF Level 5 in Health & Social Care completed or currently working towards
- Full UK driving licence
- Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills
- Passion for delivering outstanding care and growing services
- Salary between Ā£35,000 ā Ā£40,000 depending on experience
