We are recruiting for an experienced and commercially minded Registered Care Manager to oversee a large domiciliary care service covering Edgware and the wider Barnet area. The service operates across two sites, delivering approximately 3000 care hours per week across a mix of local authority and private packages.

The Role
As Registered Care Manager, you will:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations across two domiciliary care sites
- Manage a large service delivering circa 3000 care hours per week
- Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations, safeguarding, and quality standards
- Lead, manage, and develop both care and office teams
- Drive business growth, increasing care hours and expanding private packages
- Maintain strong relationships with local authorities, commissioners, and private clients
- Oversee rotas, care planning, and service performance
- Ensure consistently high standards of person-centred care
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience as a Registered Manager within domiciliary care
- Strong understanding of CQC compliance and regulatory frameworks
- Experience managing high-volume services and large care hours
- Proven ability to grow services and develop business opportunities
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or working towards)
- Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
