The Role
- Lead the set-up, growth and day-to-day running of the branch
- Recruit, develop and manage a high-performing care team
- Ensure delivery of high-quality, person-centred care
- Maintain CQC compliance, governance and quality standards
- Manage rotas, care delivery and operational performance
- Build relationships with clients, families and local stakeholders
- Identify and drive business growth and care package development
- Experience managing a domiciliary care service or branch
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Good understanding of CQC regulations and compliance
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
- Flexible to support on-call and occasional weekends
- £37,000 – £40,000 salary
