- Oversee the day-to-day running of the domiciliary care service
- Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations and quality standards
- Develop and grow the service from its current 2 active care packages
- Lead recruitment, supervision, and development of care staff
- Build strong relationships with service users, families, and professionals
- Maintain safe, effective, and person-centred care delivery
- Previous experience within domiciliary/homecare management
- Strong knowledge of CQC compliance and safeguarding
- Ability to develop and expand care packages within a private service
- Excellent leadership, organisation, and communication skills
- Passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred care
