The Role
- As Supported Living Team Leader, you will:
- Support the day-to-day operations across six supported living sites
- Lead by example and provide hands-on support to service users Supervise, mentor, and guide support staff
- Assist with care planning, risk assessments, and rota management
- Ensure high standards of person-centred care and safeguarding
- Support compliance with CQC regulations and internal quality standards Work collaboratively with families, professionals, and external agencies
- To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience within supported living, mental health, or learning disability services
- Previous senior support worker or team leader experience
- Strong understanding of safeguarding and care standards
- Confidence supporting staff and leading shifts across multiple sites
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A genuine passion for delivering high-quality support
