Domiciliary Care Manager
Up to £35,000 per annum (negotiable depending on experience) – Stockton-on-Tees – Full Time

We are seeking an experienced Domiciliary Care Manager to lead a highly successful home care service in the Stockton-on-Tees area. About the Role
You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the service, ensuring compliance with CQC regulations, and maintaining the highest standards of care delivery. Leading a dedicated office and field care team, you will drive service growth while safeguarding quality and client satisfaction. This role will suit a motivated manager who can combine operational expertise with a passion for person-centred care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the daily operations of the domiciliary care service.
  • Maintain compliance with CQC standards and franchise policies.
  • Oversee recruitment, training, and performance management of staff.
  • Ensure exceptional levels of care and client satisfaction are achieved.
  • Drive service growth while maintaining quality and compliance.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients, families, and external partners.
Candidate Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Domiciliary Care Manager or in a similar senior role.
  • Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations and home care best practice.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care (or working towards).
  • Ability to grow a service without compromising on care standards.
