We are seeking an experienced Domiciliary Care Manager to lead a highly successful home care service in the Stockton-on-Tees area. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the daily operations of the domiciliary care service.
- Maintain compliance with CQC standards and franchise policies.
- Oversee recruitment, training, and performance management of staff.
- Ensure exceptional levels of care and client satisfaction are achieved.
- Drive service growth while maintaining quality and compliance.
- Develop strong relationships with clients, families, and external partners.
- Proven experience as a Domiciliary Care Manager or in a similar senior role.
- Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations and home care best practice.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care (or working towards).
- Ability to grow a service without compromising on care standards.
- Salary up to £35,000 per annum (negotiable depending on experience).
