About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and deliver residents’ health and social care needs.
- Maintain and update care plans in line with NMC guidelines.
- Administer medications safely and accurately.
- Supervise, mentor, and support junior staff.
- Promote dignity, respect, and compassionate care at all times.
