Location: Bedford
Salary: £32,000 per annum
Hours: 8:00am – 4:00pm or 9:00am – 5:00pm (flexible)
On-Call: 1 in every 8 weeks
Driving Licence: Required
Interview Process: 1 stage
We are seeking a motivated and organised Service Manager to oversee the delivery of high-quality care within our Bedford service. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced care professional to step into a leadership role with flexibility and a supportive environment.
About the Role:
You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the service, ensuring it operates smoothly, meets CQC standards, and delivers person-centred care to all service users. Working closely with your team, you will support and develop staff, maintain strong relationships with clients and families, and ensure the service runs efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the service
• Ensure compliance with all CQC regulations and company policies
• Lead, support, and develop the care team
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and stakeholders
• Participate in the on-call rota (1 in every 8 weeks)

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within a care setting
• Strong understanding of care regulations and best practice
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• Full UK driving licence
