- Dedicated Support ā Youāll have regular one-to-one check-ins with your mentor, access to senior clinicians, and time set aside for case reviews and learning.
- Gradual Progression ā Weāll help you build your confidence through phased responsibilitiesāfrom consults and routine procedures to more complex cases as you're ready.
- Real Clinical Experience ā No standing on the sidelines here. You'll be hands-on with surgeries, diagnostics, and case workups, with the full backing of our team.
- Planned Development Time ā Protected time in your schedule for learning, CPD, and reflection.
- Full-time preferred, but weāre happy to tailor hours around your needs.
- Weekday hours are 8:15 am ā 6:00 pm, with structured time for paperwork, phone calls, and catch-up.
- Saturday consults run on a shared rota from 8:30 am ā 11:00 am and 2:30 pm ā 4:30 pm.
- Youāll always have the Thursday off before a working Saturday to maintain work-life balance.

- Class 4 K-Laser, sevoflurane anaesthesia, Cardell monitoring with capnography, and active patient warmers
