We are looking for an experienced Registered Nurse to join our friendly team at a care home in Whitehaven.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a nursing home
- At least 1 year of dementia care experience
- NMC registered
- Provide direct nursing care and health supervision to residents
- Assess social and health care needs and maintain care plans
- Administer prescribed medications in line with NMC guidelines
- Support, supervise, and mentor junior staff
- Maintain excellent communication with residents, relatives, and the multidisciplinary team
