We are seeking an experienced and passionate Registered Domiciliary Manager to lead our specialist community care service in Stevenage. This role offers flexibility with working hours and the chance to work within a company that creates truly bespoke care plans tailored to each individual’s needs.
About the Role:
As the Registered Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day running of the service, ensuring compliance with CQC regulations and maintaining the highest standards of care. You will lead a skilled team, develop strong relationships with clients, families, and commissioners, and drive continuous improvement across the service.

- Manage and develop a domiciliary service specialising in LD, autism, and complex care
- Ensure all care is person-centred and tailored through bespoke care plans
- Maintain compliance with CQC standards and internal policies
- Lead, motivate, and support your team to deliver exceptional care
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and stakeholders
- Proven experience in managing domiciliary care services
- Strong knowledge of CQC requirements and best practice in community care
- Experience supporting individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs
- Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills
- Competitive salary of £34,000 – £36,000
